  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. If you don’t see it within 1 business day, check your junk/spam folders – and if it’s still missing, just get in touch. You can also find more info on our Shipping page.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order’s placed. If you need to update something, get in touch ASAP with your order number and what you’d like to change – we’ll jump on it if it hasn’t shipped yet.
  • I need to update my shipping address

    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it – just get in touch with your order number and the correct address. If it’s already on the way, we might still be able to help you redirect it. Just let us know and we’ll walk you through your options.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, ZipPay, Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. If you’re having trouble with any payment method, just get in touch – we’re happy to help.
  • There's a problem with the order I received

    We pack every order with care, but if something’s gone wrong – we’ll make it right. Just get in touch with your order number, a quick explanation of the issue, and any photos or videos that might help us sort it faster.
  • I need a tax invoice

    We include a physical tax invoice with every order, and you’ll also get a PDF version via the link in your shipping confirmation email. Need one from a past order? Just log in to your account and download it directly from the Account page.
